Rise CDFI’s Contractor Loan Fund (CLF) provides loans and technical assistance to businesses engaged in the construction industry in the St. Louis community. We fund minority- and women-owned business enterprises (“MWBE”s) in the St. Louis region. If you are interested in applying for a CLF loan, the following pre-application questionnaire will assist you and rise CDFI in quickly assessing your eligibility.
